As a new mom post-childbirth, exercise with a focus on foundational deep core and pelvic floor muscles is key to regaining your pre-pregnancy strength, confidence and overall health. Premier understands this need and is ready to help with our very own postpartum specific exercise class! Led by Fitness and Health Coach Nicole Turner, this pilates-inspired class features low-impact moves targeting rebuilding core and pelvic floor muscles to restore functioning and promote healing. CORE2PF is designed to bring moms safe exercise with a lasting impact to help them thrive while navigating their new chapter.
